Troubleshooting: Lost server connection
If you lose your server connection while working with this application, certain features (particularly those involving speech analysis) may become unavailable until the connection is restored.
There are two main reasons why a server connection might be lost:
- Your Internet connection may have been interrupted. To test your connection, try to access other web pages through your Internet browser. If you cannot, contact your Internet Service Provider for assistance.
- Our server may be down for maintenance or other issues. Wait a few minutes, then try the feature you were using again to see if the issue has been resolved. (Such service interruptions are usually brief.) If the application still cannot connect to the server, contact our Technical Support.
