Controlling help overlays
The help overlays that appear when you start activities are meant to give you basic instructions before you begin learning. If you reach a point where you no longer need this information, you can turn the help overlays off. If you later change your mind, you can turn them on again.
To control the help overlays:
- If you want to turn the help overlays off, do either of the following:
- Mark the Disable all overlays checkbox on any overlay, then click anywhere to dismiss that overlay.
- Click
in the upper right-hand part of the screen, then choose Help overlays so that the switch beside that menu item changes from 
to 
, indicating that the help overlays are disabled. - If you want to turn the help overlays back on, click in the upper right-hand part of the screen, then choose Help overlays so that the switch beside that menu item changes from to , indicating that the help overlays are enabled. The next time you start any activity, its overlay will once again appear.
After either of these actions, all help overlays will be disabled for all your sessions. You will not see help overlays for any activities unless you turn them back on.
