Understanding scores

At the end of an assessment, you will see your results.

To understand your assessment results:

1. Look at the top of the Assessment Complete message to see your overall score. For most assessments, scores above 79% are considered passing, although some courses may have different settings.
2. Look in the lower part of the screen to see the total number of questions you answered correctly, along with the number in each skill category for this assessment. Assessments may have one or more skill categories, depending on the challenges involved.
3. Click on the information for any skill category to see the details for it. You will see all the questions in that category, along with your answers, the correct answers, and an indication of whether you got the question right or wrong. You can return to the main information by clicking in the upper left-hand corner of the message while the details are shown.
4. When you are ready, do one of the following:
• Click DONE to close the assessment.
• Click RETAKE to take the assessment again.
• Click Print/Export to view your results as a PDF, so that you can print or export them. (This feature may not be supported by all browsers on iOS.)
